Policy
International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail. Contact us for shipping quotes if you live outside the US. If you require an address change, email us immediately. We cannot change the address of orders that have already been shipped. We are not responsible for damage occured once the package has left our warehouse during shipping. We package all orders as carefully as possible. To protect packages from damage during shipping, be sure to purchase insurance. We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days. If any items are on back order, we will notify you immediately. If we make an error in addressing your package and the package becomes lost, we will reship your package. If we correctly address and ship your package and it becomes lost during shipping, please call the post office with the tracking number. We are not responsible for these packages. On international orders, we are not responsible for any tax or duties. These are your responsibility. We will not falsify customs documents or mark them as "gifts".
