Bath teas are a wonderful way to use the powers of
herbs, flowers, milks and salts to nourish your skin, muscles and
mind. Simply drop the tea bag into a tub of hot water, steep for
5-10 minutes. Squeeze the bag to make sure you extract the 'tea"
from the herbs set aside to dry and soak yourself in its goodness.
Each tea bag is good for 1 or 2 baths. All bath teas come with a
reusable muslin bag and enough tea for 3-4 bath bags.
